What to put in the summary
Mention the channel (phone, chat, email), the volume and the type of customers. Add one line on how you deal with upset customers, because every employer wants to know. Use real service figures, such as satisfaction score or first-contact resolution.
Customer service representative with three years in telecom support, handling about 60 calls and chats a day. Calm with upset customers, quick with the billing system, and consistently above target on satisfaction and first-call resolution.

Customer Service Representative resume questions
How do I get a customer service job without experience?
Use service work from any setting: retail, hospitality, volunteering. Show the numbers you remember, such as customers served per shift, and mention relevant skills like typing and language ability.
Should I include metrics from a call centre?
Yes, if you know them. If not, ask a former supervisor or use ranges. Employers in this field value the numbers.
